Ok, here is to keeping up with the blog

Ok, I'm going to write on my blog at least once a week. Maybe share a pic or two. Nothing fancy!
We went to meet Mikalyn-our miracle niece! She is adorable and so snuggly :) Noah had fun playing with Caden and Hampton!

Noah loves to be outside! He is getting so big, its crazy how fast time flies with a toddler

Thanksgiving...

Though this post is a little late, I wanted to share some pictures from Thanksgiving. We were able to come home to Dallas and stay for several days. It was so nice to get to see all of our family and just relax and catch up. The main downside to living in Fayetteville is being away from family.

Right before Thanksgiving break, Annie and Patrick came to visit! We went to the Fayetteville City Lighting/Christmas Parade! TONS of pretty lights

Noah had so much fun playing in the leaves outside my parents' house

Bringing Grandma Nancy a leaf

 Bath time buddies!
Hampton and Noah have similiar fashion taste...

Playing the piano with Grandpa--hoping we have a future musician on our hands!

Making Pies with my Grandma :) She makes the best fudge pie!
I am so thankful for my boys!

Noah loved all the Thanksgivng foods!

Hampton, Caden, and Noah! The Three Amigos
Hard to get a pic with all three looking...

 Watching Grandpa carve the turkey

 And tasting it, of course!

 Thankful for my sweet mom!

Fall is in the air!

Well, I know I keep saying I am going to keep my blog more up-to-date! Sorry about that!
I'll just do some pictures with some captions, since its been a while!
We took Noah to the zoo in Little Rock!

He sat in the booth like a big boy! He was so proud of himself :)

 My two handsome men!
 Playing with his toys

Noah has been loving playing outside! Its nice to actually have Fall here in NWA!
Sitting in a little chair at Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa's house

We had so much fun with our visit in Tulsa! Lots of giggles, smiles, and special memories

Trick or Treating with friends from our small group! Noah, our little Sharky, had fun walking around, and digging in his basket of goodies! (Maybe we will let him taste the candy next year!)

Mostly pics

My two favorites

Ran across this pic from our beach vacation. I think its hilarious!

Taking his 9 month picture (August 28th) was more of a challenge, seeing how these days pretty much all Noah wants to do is stand up, pull up, and moving and explore stuff! I can't believe how quickly he is developing!

I took like 5 shots, and this was the least blury. So I tried the next day :)

Playing at the park!

My little shopper :)

Laundry helper
Well, I am still intending to post more than once a month... so we will see how that goes! I will post soon about our visit to Dallas!

Updates

Noah is crawling all over, and pulling himself up. I think he loves to do this the most in his crib:

This morning we joined Cross Church-Fayetteville campus. http://crosschurch.com/ We have really enjoyed the sermons, and feel that scripture is accurately taught here. There are a lot of young families here (and families of all ages, too-which is important!) We've met some friendly, welcoming people and look forward to growing closer to a community of believers here.

Brandon has orientation on Monday--so this will be a busy week as he gets prepared for classes to begin. I'm excited for him--I think he will do very well. We've met a few other 1L students-and there is a law student/family picnic later this week--I am interested to see how many other law students have young families!
Alysa/Nana come to visit us this past week! We always have a great time visiting with her--and Noah of course enjoys time with his Nana. We are thankful that she drove the 5 hours to visit!

We started back to school with kiddos on Monday. Its always fun to start a new year--to see the students and teachers excited and energized! I am so thrilled to be working at Happy Hollow Elementary--I am joining a wonderful staff that truly cares about kids. Its a beautiful campus, too. The building has only been open for a year. There are several gardens, a green house, and benches outside--which is very inviting! The school is shaped kinda like a semicircle, with the inner side being all windows that overlook the gardens/playground. Here are just a few pics:

Well, there are the updates! I am going to do better about posting more often. I'd like to be able to be witty, too--but I don't know if that will happen :)

One more thing:
Check it out, I am famous! You can find my picture on the district homepage:
